Individuals are natural living person and non-corporation. Appointment of our staff to fulfill the roles and duties of the company secretary. Our annual company secretary retainer fee is for routine corporate secretarial services which include:
Maintenance and update of minutes and register books.
Preparation of resolutions and forms relating to the following ordinary matters: Appointment of directors, appointment of auditors, appointment of corporate secretary. Changes to the board of directors, changes of directors’ particulars, changes to the company registered address, changes of statutory auditors and changes in bank signatories.
Provision of director fees, interim and final dividends.
Annual general meeting.
Advisory on various corporate matters and statutory requirements in relation to the aforesaid matters.

Some examples of non-routine corporate secretarial services include the following (List is non-exhaustive)
Extraordinary General Meeting, Increase in paid-up capital, Amendments and Alteration to the Memorandum or Articles of Association, Share Transfers, Share Options Scheme, Shares Warrants Issue, Share Buy-Back, Shareholders' Agreement
Required for holding companies with subsidiaries/associates/joint-ventures. Basis of consolidation requirements in accordance to Singapore reporting financial standards.
Those Singapore companies that are required to attach a copy of their financial accounts with the company's Annual Return are required to do so in XBRL format. XBRL, or eXtensible Business Reporting Language, is a new industry standard that uses the XML-based framework to present financial statements. We will convert your company's financial statements into XBRL format in compliance with ACRA requirement.
